Terms of Service
Effective Date: [Date]
By using the Welcome Home Initiative website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Services
Welcome Home Initiative provides a referral and resource navigation service. We connect individuals with community resources, partner organizations, and public programs. We do not directly provide housing, employment, medical care, legal representation, food, transportation, or emergency services.
No Guarantees
We do not guarantee the availability, quality, timeliness, or outcomes of any services provided by third-party organizations or programs we refer you to. All referrals are made in good faith based on the information available to us at the time.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when submitting forms on our website. You understand that submitting an intake request does not create a client-service relationship and does not obligate Welcome Home Initiative to provide or guarantee any specific service.
Not an Emergency Service
Welcome Home Initiative is not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger, call 911. For mental health crises, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). Our intake forms and contact methods are not monitored 24/7.
Limitation of Liability
Welcome Home Initiative shall not be held liable for any outcomes, damages, or losses arising from the use of our website, referral services, or any services provided by third-party organizations.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
